Meet Our Caregiving Team

Say hello and learn more about our friendly and helpful Agility Health team members below.

Lorna

PT, Owner/Administrator

Lorna is the founder of Agility Health and a licensed physical therapist with over 30 years of health care experience. Lorna started her career at Stanford Hospital working in direct patient care, management and administration. Her passion for helping those in need led her to start Agility in 2010 in an effort to better serve the San Francisco Bay area by providing responsible and compassion in-home care. Lorna currently serves as Treasurer of the Bay Area Directors Forum and is an active member of numerous home health care associations such as the APTA, CAHSAH, NAHC, and PDHCA.

Pam

RN CRRN, Director of Client Services

Pam is our wonderful and compassionate director of client services who has worn many hats in her 25-year health care career. She is both a registered nurse (RN) and a certified rehabilitation registered nurse (CRRN) and has previously served as the director of rehabilitation at the Mills-Peninsula Health Services. Pam brings her robust experience to Agility Health and oversees our staff, daily operations and works with our patients in a care management role. She also plays vital health care roles by chairing the Mountain View Senior Advisory Committee.

Glenda

Accounts Payable

Glenda is the Agility Health human resource manager who comes to us all the way from Ohio with over 30 years of HR experience. While in Ohio, Glenda worked for a K-12 school district and supervised HR staff and oversaw the hiring and assignment of staff, employee contracts, substitute services and more. Here at Agility, her responsibilities include managing all areas of human resources, payroll, and accounts payable. Glenda brings positive energy to the Agility Health team that spreads to our nurses, caregivers and care managers.

Kylie

Care Manager

With over 5 years of pharmaceutical experience, Kylie is our Care Manager. With her enthusiastic attitude and drive to help others, she will help personalize your care needs with the help of your family and doctors. Kylie will partner with your caregivers and doctors to make sure you are receiving the care you deserve and answer any questions along the way, and in doing so, making sure important care aspects such as home safety, personal care, following medication, and helping coordinate doctor or hospital visits are taken care of. After Kylie’s father passed away in 2020, she wanted to do a role that would give back to those who need it and make sure everyone she comes into contact with is taken care of, just as Kylie’s dad did with her.
